Either that or "judging a book by it's cover" and not giving us any respect as usual. Well instead, it happened to be THE most stress free car buying experience my wife and I have EVER experienced. Our sales professional Ralph Jackson was a consummate professional and made us feel right at home. He didn't "sell us a car" he sold us an experience we will never forget. He took his time with us and answered every question calmly thoroughly. He made us feel valued. Even if we would not have bought our 2016 Audi Q5 that day we certainly would still have sang his high praises. EVERY dealership should have a Ralph Jackson on their Team. pleasurable and satisfying I am a single mom who was looking for an suv with a low budget i had been to the Nissan dealer prior to coming to the Audi dealer and no one offered t I am a single mom who was looking for an suv with a low budget i had been to the Nissan dealer prior to coming to the Audi dealer and no one offered to help me after 10 -15 minutes of waiting i got back in my car and drove down the street and saw the honda crv at the audi dealer and withing 3-5 mins Ralph offered to help me he was very professional and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my decision, he also offered me water, or coffee (that was awesome) and never did he make me feel under pressure, the process was fast as i have already been preapproved through my credit union, 3 days later i had to bring the car back because the oil light came on the dash board and i waited for them to fix it for about 45 mins and Ralph even took the time to put gas in mar car, i really did appreciate Ralph kindness and my experience with the audi dealer was great and Rachel from financing was too, i would definately recommend them, i also look forward to doing business with this dealer again when i get my next car...maybe an Audi.....thank you very much for your service Mr.Ralph and staff.God bless.
