But the beauty came when the General Sales Manager, Sam, made us on offer on both cars I could not turn down...much mope equipment for $5 MORE PER MONTH. The delivery was smooth, and the maintenance area smelled like a new car it was so clean. These 2 cars are Audis number 3 and four for my family but the first leased from Penske. Nice job by all involved, profound thanks, my children could not be happier. More

The staff is all amazing - especially my salesperson Howard Rabkin who has made each transaction a pleasure, and Steve Jung who has helped me whenever there was a need for service. Jennifer is the most honest person you could hope to meet. She gave me every detail about the vehicle and the process. Helped me to negotiate a fantastic price on the vehicle. she even had a notary come to me at my hotel while I was traveling to fill out all the paperwork. She had the car certified, serviced, detailed, and even made sure it was loaded on the truck for deliver to my home. She even took photos of it being loaded and texted them to me. I bought the car sight unseen and relied only on her description and photos. I received the car in just a couple days and it is in even better condition than i imagined it would be. It literally looks like it is straight out of the new car showroom. All of the paperwork including the service records were in the car as well. It just doesn't get any better than this.
