Id advise all the young adults to stay away from audi eatontown. Before coming here i owned a camaro (not from a chevy dealership) which ended up being totaled the same day my mother passed away. I came to audi eatontown hoping they would take care of me and they completely took advantage of me! Cameron showed me a 2016 Q3 with over 100,000 miles , hyped it up saying it would last for 250,000 miles and sold it to me. They said they did not have a warranty to sell me but could give me gap insurance. Less than a month later my check engine light came on. I took it to audi and was told it had no oil despite it being “serviced” before i got it. A month after that (2 months of having the car) it breaks down while i am in the middle of the highway. Thank god someone stopped and helped get to the side of the road. I had it towed to the dealership and Manny told me I had to pay $600 just to see what’s wrong with it , $6000 to fix it and then could possibly encounter more issues and have to pay more. I explained that I no longer feel comfortable transporting my younger brother & my 81 year old great grandmother in this car after it broke down on me. I explained that I would like to trade it in for something else and I was told that they would not take it. They have not done anything to help me other than say I have to pay them x-amount of money. They never explained anything or showed me anything. This dealership completely took advantage of me. More

Terrible service experience. I brought my vehicle here for service. It was brand new and was smelling like gas. After a week in their service department, I picked it up a d they told me it still smelled l for service. It was brand new and was smelling like gas. Also, when I went to collect things from my car so they could work on it, none of their mechanics were wearing masks. Absolutely reckless and unacceptable! Don’t go here unless you want horrible service and are hoping to contract covid. More
