Audi has a huge lawsuit over water pump issues and has been determined my water pump needs to be replaced. I asked dealer and Audi of America to assist with the cost of repairs. I was told that will not happen. Service manager Rude and acted bothered by my call. Look elsewhere as Audi finds reasons not to stand behind their product. Meanwhile I see Hyundai/kia/Genesis replacing engines at 100,000, 200,000 plus miles for premature wear and tear. $2000 repair on a faulty cheap part being used in their engines. More

Went in for 30 K maintenance. Very disappointing. Paid extra for tire balancing and rotation. I will assume the oil change and filters went OK. However, there was a major problem Very disappointing. Paid extra for tire balancing and rotation. I will assume the oil change and filters went OK. However, there was a major problem with the tires. Driving on I270 the tire noise was unbearable. It sounded like my truck with snow tires. The tire pressure monitor came on telling me there was a problem with the inflation. Could not check until I got home. Front tires were four psi over, rear tires were six psi under. I took the car to a local tire shop the next day to have the wheels rebalanced and rotated back to their original position. Problem solved. Car is as smooth and quiet as it was before Dublin Audi service. The service report claimed that the pressure was restored to factory spec, it was not. I hope the other values on the report are accurate. I will give one star because Brian was very pleasant to work with. More
I will start by saying like others, if I could give "0" stars I would. On 4/15/23 I brought my Audi S5 in for an Oil change. When it was finished I went to check out at the service counter and was told w stars I would. On 4/15/23 I brought my Audi S5 in for an Oil change. When it was finished I went to check out at the service counter and was told what I owed. I responded that I purchased the Audi care package when I bought my car through MAG. They advised that according to their computer records I was incorrect. So I was kind enough to pay for the oil change and told them that I would email them a copy of my contact showing proof that I did in fact purchase the Audi Care package. After communications back and forth there was an error in their computer database and they had checked their hard copy of my contract to verify my purchase of the Audi Care package. I was then told my credit card would be refunded. Time goes by and there is no refund. I call the service dept. and speak with Josh Gutmore the sales manager. He says there was a communication error with their financial dept and that I would be sent the refund via mail. Months go by and I have yet to receive the refund check. Over the course of several more months trying to communicate with Josh Gutmore and other excuses why I have not received my refund, because Audi Corporate was holding up the process since they are responsible for the Audi care. The last time I contacted them was December of 23' and they said that there was an error on my contract that said my S5 VIN# was incorrect and that was another reason why I have not received my refund. As you can see by now the frustration I have experienced. The constant excuses, communication failures and time wasted on my end following up on this issue are unacceptable. I expected better from MAG (especially the sales manager Josh Gutmore since he was aware of my issue from the beginning. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from MAG and it will be my last. More

My service technician called me first a total of 3 times in 23 days of service. Once on the first day to say they had my car, once a couple weeks later to tell me it was going to take longer, and finally at last that my car was done. The service took 23 working days. First week I was not called at all about when my car might be looked at. Car was dropped off on 11/19 after hours. I called on 11/21 and stopped in the dealership on 11/20 and 11/22 to see about car because my messages were not being returned. After talking with service manager on 11/22 the car was finally looked at on 11/25. Was told I needed an upper fuel pump. I had to call about what was needed later in day on 11/25 because no one called me to approve the repairs. Fuel pump took through 12/2 and did not fix problem. Then was told is was a computer module. That repair took through 12/13. Did not fix problem. Finally was told it was the timing chains, which did fix the problem. That repair took until 12/21. Wasted 3 weeks on repairs that were not needed. I was given a discount on the fuel pump and was told the computer module was a warranty item. Was told about billing that not having to pay for these unneeded repairs that was my discount, even though it is MAG Audi technicians job to diagnose and fix the problem. Since they could not diagnose the problem correctly, I wasted an extra three weeks without a car during a busy holiday and work season. And during all these repairs, communication was a level 0 on a scale of 1-10. If I was not calling every few days to get a status update, I did not get one. In the end, the car was fixed and is running fine for the first day. Rest assured I will not be back to MAG Audi for any future repairs, nor will I ever buy a car from any MAG dealership. If this is the level of service provided for a dealership that supposedly prides itself on service, I do not want any part of the organization. More

I currently own a Q7 - which I parked in front of the showroon - and I'm interested in going fully electric. I've been considering moving back to a BMW model and at this point I believe that's the right choice. Just a note: Black people CAN afford Audis - just sayin'. More
This has to be the worst service experience I have ever had. 1. There is 0 communication from the advisors, if you want an update you will have to call in. 2. Do not expect your vehicle to be done had. 1. There is 0 communication from the advisors, if you want an update you will have to call in. 2. Do not expect your vehicle to be done on time. Do not make prior arrangements for planning around their scheduled time of completion. Everyday it will keep getting pushed back to another day. 3. Do not expect to be provided with transportation while your vehicle is undergoing service. Expect about a week from said time of available service loaner. 4. Do not expect any compensation for any disruption their service department causes. Lastly, do not expect to have available technicians, they already called off. More
TERRIBLE SERVICE experience regarding faulty brake material used by Audi in our Q7. And in fact a class action lawsuit has been filed against Audi because of this defect. Audi acknowledges the fault material used by Audi in our Q7. And in fact a class action lawsuit has been filed against Audi because of this defect. Audi acknowledges the fault but refuses to correct the problem. Multiple service advisors said it was out of their hands because Audi would not correct. The brakes on our Audi have a lot of life left on them. Was advised that we would have to replace the brakes at a cost of over $2,000. The original brake material used on the Q7 produces a very loud and annoying squeal and squeak consistently. Certainly not the higher end vehicle we thought we were buying when we purchased from Audi of Dublin a couple years ago. I will not own another Audi because they obviously do not stand behind their vehicles! More
My wife and I have been shopping for a smaller luxury SUV to replace her car. We visited several other dealerships before stopping at Mag Audi in Dublin.
