Me and the wife found a vehicle’s that we liked and put an inquiry online for it, we receives a call from a salesperson and made an apt for 11 am the next day, told the sales person that we wanted to use o an inquiry online for it, we receives a call from a salesperson and made an apt for 11 am the next day, told the sales person that we wanted to use our bank as it was already approved through them so all we wanted to do would be to test drive the vehicle and then sign the paperwork . The sales person told us that it shouldn’t take more than a hour. The same morning we received a text from the sales person asking us if we were coming for sure and we said yes. We showed up at 11am and our sales person was not available and we were told that this other sale person would help us out . Why would tell us that I Weill see us at 11 and not be available? Then the new sales person started to help us out and bring us to the car to find out that the car was being wash , again why would u set up an appointment with us if the car is not ready knowing your customer are going to take it for a test drive? Half hour goes by and we finally are able to take the car for a drive . We tell our new salesman that we want the car and ready to sign the paper work , we go to the salesperson desk and then our sales person come over and tell the other sales person that he will take over now that he is done doing whatever e was doing, why would u change salesperson on us while in the middle of the negotiation?? We asked the sales person how much longer we would need to wait as we had prior arrangements at 330 pm, he told us about an hour and just to go to lunch and they will pay for it, came back from lunch an hour after and at that point it was 2 pm ask our sales person again how much longer before we get the see the finance person and he say soon , well 3 pm goes by and still have not see the finance manager yet and was told it was going an other hour. I explained the sale person that he told us it was going to be just an hour but there we go 4 hours later and still at the dealership .! We didn’t get the paper sign until 430 pm , then they lost the second key and look for it and by the time they found it , I didn’t leave the dealership until 530 pm 630 hours to buy a car??? I bought plenty of car before and this was the worse experience ever, they never pay for our lunch either ! We will never buy from this dealership again and will tell our friends not to go there also! Customer service suck ! Usually the dealership call u after a week to make sure that u are happy with your purchase but not this one! They even told us that if we had a complain just let them know and to make sure not to put it somewhere else? More

Misrepresentation I will try to keep this long review objective and to the point. 06/22/19- I go to MAG Audi in Dublin and purchase a used 2013 Audi A7 with 57,700 mi I will try to keep this long review objective and to the point. 06/22/19- I go to MAG Audi in Dublin and purchase a used 2013 Audi A7 with 57,700 miles. I am told there is no warrantee on the vehicle. I ask what has been done, and what type of inspection has been performed to ensure that everything is up to date and the vehicle is without fault. I am told MAG does a full inspection, and they have multiple reputable dealerships all through the Midwest and will not sell without a comprehensive checks and maintenance. I ask this question at least twice during the purchasing process and am quoted a full assessment and MAG’s reputation as collateral. I don’t press further. I am told twice to sign that I understand the vehicle comes without warrantee but am never offered one (at least verbally, although it could have been on those forms signed). As we are about to drive off with the new car that day we close the door and an interior panel on the passenger side falls off. I am told to bring it back the next business day and they will handle it. I bring it the next business day, and the have to order a part for it. While there I ask specifically to purchase a warrantee and am referred to the finance department. There a gentleman shows a calculation on the computer to obtain the prices for different options. Part of the calculation is done on a computer screen and then using outputs from the computer he would do a final calculation on a hand held calculator. I leave the room and call my father to discuss the quotes. I return with a warrantee in mind to purchase. However, the price he states is not what was originally quoted (to my recollection). He insists on the price he recalls. I ask that he perform the calculation as he just did when speaking previously and after some resistance he obliges. The number he gets is different than the number I recall or the one he does. We go through this exercise multiple times and he is never able to come up with a consistent price. I leave without a warrantee. Over the next month I bring the car in twice to get that panel fixed and for a squeaking stiff feeling when turning the steering wheel. I noticed these on the first day and they were fixed without charge. 10/24- I bring my car in for the 60,000 check-up. At that time, I am told the vehicle was behind on service check ups since about the 35,000 mark. As such there were belts, filters, spark plugs, etc. that needed to be replaced. I explained that was not what was told to me on purchase of the vehicle. They acknowledge I was given wrong information but initially state I would be responsible for costs. I explain I need everything fixed because I cannot have an unreliable car with my work. We could discuss the costs afterward but I felt having me cover all that was unacceptable. After initial resistance they tell me they will cover the catchup charges and I would cover the 60k costs. I pay $299.26 11/6- I review the paperwork and see that they recommended changing my brakes, rotor, and tires which I was never asked if I wanted taken care of. I was frustrated that yet again I would need to take off from work to go to the dealership. I return and pay $2411.10 to have new tires and brakes installed, thinking this would be the end of issues with the car. 11/25- Less than 3 weeks later my EPC light comes on and we find my starter relays need to be replaced. This part had to be ordered and would not come for a few days. I ask for a loaner car and am told they will need to look into it. They finally bring one the following day with a quarter tank of gas (I have pictures). I express my concern to the service manager regarding the multiple missed days of work, money I’ve paid, and how the car was misrepresented. He states he will let the sales manager know and they will get in touch with me. The following day I am called to pick up my vehicle. They state sales states there is nothing they can do as the car was bought as is but I can talk to finance about purchasing a warrantee. This is told to me by the service manager. Sales that misrepresented the car to me never calls to reach out. The service manager is at lunch when I go to pick up my vehicle. I pay $535.94. To summarize I have had this vehicle for 5 months, and less than 4,000 miles. The car that MAG Audi Dublin staked their reputation to me on has cost me $3248 and about 10 days worth of either missed days at work or inability to transport. I have absolutely no confidence in the vehicle at this juncture. I won’t go into the delays in communication, or the failure of management to validate and pacify concerns on multiple occasions. I have no legal footing in this matter, but as a reputation was staked on my satisfaction in MAG Audi Dublin’s product and services the day I purchased the vehicle, the record should show exactly what that reputation is. Dealership and service I am disappointed with the dealership and services that this dealer offers compared to other car services. I have bought 2 audi cars ( one q3 and A I am disappointed with the dealership and services that this dealer offers compared to other car services. I have bought 2 audi cars ( one q3 and A5). Not impressed with the dealership. When I bought the q3 there were no floor mats in the car that came with it and did not know that it had to be bought separately. When we called the agent who was helping with the purchase, there was no return call and finally after multiple tries I was able to reach an individual at the dealership and was told that I had to purchase them separately. For A5 we were told that the tires were all season and after tire blowup, we are told that they were summer tires and alignment was off and worn out to the point that they blew up. The car service was done yearly (less than 2 year old) but the service did not mention about the need to change up the tire for the winter. It is frustrating that when you take your car to the service, I feel it is their responsibility to let the owner know regarding the need to change tire and leave the decision to the owner whether they want to do it or not More

After looking at t I visited MAG Audi to enquire about Audi Q5,last week. The Sales Person Rick, showed no interest in showing me the SUV and also A4. After looking at the vehicle I gave him my requirements and asked him to send a quote. I waited till next day and didn’t get any response. When I called him he was not aware who I was!!. He lost my requirements and asked me to give him again. When I said what kind of service this is he wasn’t even apologetic and cut the phone. I called his Manager and left a voicemail but didn’t get any response!!. Worst and callous attitude towards customers. Don’t recommend this dealership. More
