Audi Des Moines - Service Center

As usual not good,....but because I have limited Audi locations near me, I’m reluctant to share my concern this will come back at me....they will discover who sent it, There is consistently issues arou locations near me, I’m reluctant to share my concern this will come back at me....they will discover who sent it, There is consistently issues around the quality of the service, and the aggressive up-sell of services....that I have discovered are not needed. It’s a money grab, and hurts the reputation of the dealership,. I know people who have traveled far distances to purchase new Audis due to the service department. I love the Audi product, but have been extremely disappointed by the service department. More

I came in for an oil change and 30,000-mile service. Everyone was friendly, and the work was completed quickly. Very good experience at the Des Moines Audi service department. Bryan is knowledgable and easy to understand. Pricing is expensive and should be reviewed/compared to other dealers. department.
