Worst experience I’ve had with any dealer. I was quoted an amount that was more than $400 off the final price. I was told to drop off the car then to pick it up again the next day bc they had to wait for t an amount that was more than $400 off the final price. The service took more than 20 days to complete without any update throughout even when I would try to call to get some information they would say they would call me back and I would never hear back. When I picked up the car there was a price discrepancy that we didn’t agree to over the phone and the guy at the desk said he would leave a note so the person I was working with could call me back and return any overage that was owed to me only to never hear back from even after calling in myself twice they kept saying they would call back and I still can’t get ahold of anyone to even explain what happened. Only Audi provider around makes me want to sell my Audi just to not have to deal with them again. More
