The technology automation with video, txt messaging and e-payment is great. My advisor did a great job. I am still disappointed that with multiple items scheduled for service on my vehicle, they are unab e-payment is great. My advisor did a great job. My original appointment got miss-entered into the system as 1:00 a.m. So when I arrived at 1:00 p.m. I couldn't get my service work done. I have to say I was quite surprised that a company as large as yours would have a system that would even allow an appointment to be scheduled into a non business hour time slot.
