Communication was good. Problem was diagnosed and fixed. Added on headlight adjustment and can now see more than just in front of the vehicle. everything was done well. My only complaint was that i had previously had my oil changed from the dealer in Nahsville,Tn in December. I had mentioned to service that we wanted the 45,000 mile service pe had previously had my oil changed from the dealer in Nahsville,Tn in December. I had mentioned to service that we wanted the 45,000 mile service performed without the oil change. But was told at time of billing that was included in the service. SO i basically had our oil changed after driving it 110 miles. That is why the 3 stars on the price. i could have saved $70 to $90 by omitting the oil change which i had indicated when i made the appointment via phoen More
