My service tech Katie was friendly and helpful and was the same with everyone else I interacted with. I feel customer service was on point, and my appointment started well but ended up being just OK. I fe the same with everyone else I interacted with. I feel customer service was on point, and my appointment started well but ended up being just OK. I felt there was a lack of communication and follow-up. I feel if you're running behind or just can't figure out the issue and it's getting closer to closing time, I would expect a phone call or text for an update. I asked if my vehicle was going to be returned to me the same day and was told it was. At 3:30 pm I still hadn't received a call, and I had to follow up with Katie for and update on my car. She told me the techs were troubleshooting but didn't get to anything else I had come in for and they would need my car for another day, which wouldn't work since I was headed out of town for the weekend. The dealership ended up keeping my car over the weekend. They addressed the items I brought my car in for, and in doing so, they used up almost half a tank of gas. It is what it is. More
