Service request was for oil change and check on air conditioning system. My appointment was set a week in advance and it was noted that there were no loaner vehicles and courtesy shuttle was no longer conditioning system. My appointment was set a week in advance and it was noted that there were no loaner vehicles and courtesy shuttle was no longer available. Disappointed with this decision, but agreed to ask a couple of friends for support. Bryan was courteous and professional. I noted that I would be engaged in an activity for awhile and unable to be reached. Video text message was sent upon further analysis of my air-conditioning issue, the video was poor quality and not understandable. Bryan did note this as well and left me a voicemail to call when available. Upon review of the recommended repair sent, I advise Bryan I did not authorize the repair, due to the significant expense and I was going to check with another technician. Following my engagement (2+hrs later), I arrived at the dealership and Bryan noted that he was working on the paperwork. After a 10 minute wait, we processed the invoice and the car was being washed. Approximately another 10 minutes and the car was delivered. The next day, I went to open the trunk and discovered that parts were laid out and had not been reassembled. I promptly called Bryan, who explained that a couple of their technicians went home early, due to the hot weather (mine being one of them) and he arranged to retrieve the vehicle. Approximately 40 minutes later, the car was returned assembled. I have no concern with Bryan and his service level, I am concerned with the expense of the estimate, the quality of the technician who would walk away from incomplete work and leave parts in the trunk, potential damage without the parts assembled and the lack of customer transportation with the appointment. More
Video of the inspection is appreciated, honesty and feedback of the service department was very beneficial.
