Always a great experience coming in for service. Wesley and the service techs were nice enough to let me know of a regular tire rotation wasn’t needed at the time. My car came back with problems that it didn’t have prior to dropping it off, and missing parts that was not reinstalled until I noticed, also my paint was not taken care of during my service with grease and to dropping it off, and missing parts that was not reinstalled until I noticed, also my paint was not taken care of during my service with grease and hand prints all over. Also it had a oil leak from the engine Bay Area that wasn’t there before. Also I was promised videos of my repair and statements for my new power steering pump that I never got. Also after receiving the car I only had it for a few days or so, when a engine light popped up and I was told the car was fully inspected before which it obviously wasn’t, I literally drove 3 hours to pick up the car after the service and had to leave it there the same day when I saw that problems had happened during the time the dealership had the car, I truly believe their quality control and customer service was not taken into action. At this very moment I am still waiting for a response that I was promised this morning but never got for the problems that my car didn’t have prior to dropping it off. People work hard for their money including me and they should really take further action to satisfy their customers and me as well. I even offered to give them a good google review. That was before I found out one of my front grills was missing and my supercharger plate was missing, I feel mistreated myself as well as my car and my parents that took time off from work to help me pick up the car to only leave it there the same day due to the problems that was caused by their maintenance team. Highly recommend to future customers that go to des monies Audi to uphold their dealership to what they promise. I am very unsatisfied with how my car was treated through every step of the process.
