Just unfriendly. I lost a car after a engine service 3 weeks prior. 2014 sport A4 80k with known engine problems. They acted as if I was a pain to them. TJ Bahner provided us such a detailed video of the Audi my husband and I were interested in that we choose to drive from Omaha, NE to Des Moines to meet TJ and drive the vehicle.
