I leased a 2019 Jetta which went in for two scheduled maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in at approximately 18,000 miles they told my son the scheduled maintenance would have to be paid for. Although I had paid it and had the written record. At 26,099 miles rear tires are cupped. Meaning ruined. Meaning I have to buy new tires at $500+ More

Came twice for service for warranty related issue and spent over 2 hours of wait (both times) to find out, that my part was still on back order. Wasted trip, time and gas money for no reason. Lack of communication and poor customer service in service department. It almost appears, that they don’t want to deal with anything related with warranty covered items. The service for AC was accomplished, but failed to provide estimates for additional services needed as requested. After arriving home I went to the trunk to find that items were removed from side pan provide estimates for additional services needed as requested. After arriving home I went to the trunk to find that items were removed from side panel shelf and side panel had been removed to inspect 12v battery but the panel was not put back correctly and items left out of place. Was not happy that I had to put the car back together when I had just paid full price for professional services yet I was left to clean up after the service technician and put the service panels back on the car the way they belong. It makes me question if the technician is incapable of simple attention to detail by putting the car back together as the way it was intended, do they have the ability to correctly fix my car? The little details make a difference! For the money I paid for service, I should not have to finish the work for the service department! More
