Two days after my service I was called to say my recall was not done correctly and I needed to come back in. The advisor was unable to tell me what was wrong and what needed finished. I was also told he ch was not done correctly and I needed to come back in. The advisor was unable to tell me what was wrong and what needed finished. I was also told he charged me wrong and I owed an additional $317. His reasoning was I approved the service. The “approval” was telling me what needed fixed and asking if I wanted that completed and asking me to type start on my text message I received. At check out? I was given a total which was paid in full. I’m now being told it was the wrong total. I am waiting for a return call from the service manager. Apparently there is zero responsibility for Lithia for not completing the work correctly or charging me correctly, rather solely my responsibility to have to go back in and pay more. More

It took 4 hours for them to investigate 3 issues: brakes, squeaky belt , and radio issue. The service advisor told me they started my car at 10:30, that was two hours after my 8:30 appointment and I was wait squeaky belt , and radio issue. One issue I asked them to look at they completely forgot to do. Every time I go there it takes too long. Appointments mean nothing, I’m not even sure why you all bother. I love my car but probably won’t buy another VW again. More
