I was due for routine maintenance and when I called they quickly set up a pick up date and time. They arrived at my home on time, I received my video and my car was returned by a porter wearing a mask and h quickly set up a pick up date and time. Audi Denver gave me back my faith in Audi On the 1st of April my husband and I took our car to Audi Denver, there was a horrible noise coming from the engine. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with an immense amount of respect and our every need was addressed!! The issues with the car ended up being worse than any of us thought, and about a week into the process we were ready to never purchase another Audi. The assistant service manager Randy stepped in and helped us through the entire process, he was honest, transparent, and he gave us faith in Audi again!! Randy is the reason why we have decided that our next car will be another Audi, because you cannot own a vehicle without amazing service behind it and Audi Denver definitely offers the best service department that we have ever worked with!!!!! Joshua was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He kept me informed the progress of my car being serviced. Most amazing thing about Joshua was he went out of his way for a request I made, I wanted an Audi all electric as a loaner he did not have any so he went to the sales group and got one just make me happy.
