Had heard bad reviews about McDonald Audi service before, but they are closer to my home than Prestige. Made an appointment to bring in my A4 for a fuel pump recall and an oil change. Arranged my schedule to but they are closer to my home than Prestige. Made an appointment to bring in my A4 for a fuel pump recall and an oil change. Arranged my schedule to go in, only to arrive and find that 1) they don't have my appointment in the computer anywhere and 2) they are out of fuel pumps (??!). Only lame excuses and apologies offered. No concern for the time I wasted driving in and setting aside hours of my day to allow for the service. More
