The entire experience was top notch, from the time I entered the dealership to the time I drove away with my new SQ5. The sales team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was offered a fair and respectable value on my trade in vehicle. The final sales transaction was seamless and uneventful, as one would like it to be. My new car was presented to me in a special delivery bay at the dealership with my name on it, along with a personal orientation experience which I've not experienced anywhere else.
