I already had my car at a local auto shop, but wanted a second opinion on the diagnosis so I called Audi Denver and spoke to Josh. After the initial conversation I decided to send my car over to Audi and I am so happy that I did. Throughout the while experience I knew I was in good hands and Josh definitely went above and beyond. I liked how I was being updated and kept in the loop with everything.
