Went in for a recall, told the service department that my phone wouldn't connect to the car. Al came out to see what was wrong with the phone, before he sent it in for the recall. The dealership was immaculate, everyone was friendly. When the car was done we needed to order a part for the phone. Before I left AL went over the Google play with me, just in case I needed to answer a call. I have to say he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I'm very pleased! More
