If they have not worked on the part, this issue has happened when the car is in your dealership possession. Simply by saying it did not happen in our presence would not solve the issue. I clearly said to check my miles, so that you understand on how much the car was driven after it was taken from your dealership. When I have cleared my bills and taken my car, your team calls to notify that I still owe X amount in my bill, when I ask for break down, the number change approx. 5 times Once they say 900$ then 800$ then 500$ etc and finally 700$. Not sure today which is right. As I still don't have break down for my bill. When you take so long to give an appropriate bill on what service was done for your customer. How can you say that there is time gap between you service and bringing issues. As the car was never driven during the period and we have not identified the things. Once I found them I immediately brought them to your attention. So if you are servicing a high end and value your customers, you don't create this much mess in your bills nor with your process. You employees does not even feel sorry, rather he tells he is my customer and he is unhappy with his experience. I don't understand what this stupid logic that you customer service manger brings to me. Without even feeling sorry for all the things that you have done to my vehicle. He does not expect to see me as customer and clearly show how much you value your customers.
