I spoke with Mr.Daniel Mclure the head of service, when I say I am not happy with my overall customer experience with the service at your dealership and he in turn says that he is my customer and his experience is also not good. I don't really understand his stupid logic on how he is my customer. I would never deal with them. If you are dealing with, please check the following. 1. Thoroughly check your car after the service before leaving. They might have dings on your car, break some of the parts of your car or even miss some of your parts. 2. See you might have an empty tank and they don't even bother to tell you that your gas is getting low. 3. Important thing is check your bill and ask them clarity of break down by each service they have performed on your car. There are might double charges or the unit price of some of the items area drastically doubled or they would call you back to say that you still owe them. If you leave the dealership, and find them they in-turn point at you and say you might have done it outside and asking them for replacement. They are so pathetic in service, don't recommend them at all for servicing your car. More

I just got into a new one a couple months ago and Jordan and his superior service were big reasons why I decided to stay in an Audi. I love the car, but there are a lot of options out there in this price range and top line vehicles, so service is a deciding factor for me in my decisions. I have owned other high end cars including Lexus, Land Rover and Infiniti and the service i have received at Audi the past 4 years is unmatched. Thanks Jordan for taking such good care of us. More
Audi Dallas Service is awesome I'm a car guy and have been for over 40 years. We have owned 2 Audis, a 09 A4 and now a 12 Q5. We have loved both of them. The deal making process bot I'm a car guy and have been for over 40 years. We have owned 2 Audis, a 09 A4 and now a 12 Q5. We have loved both of them. The deal making process both times had us driving off the lot in our trade in after negotiations broke down. Both times we were chased down by a salesman saying wait lets make a deal happen. We did and both times agreed on a deal we had previously proposed. I'm ok with this but is the whole ordeal really necessary. The sales folks are very nice and accommodating just clean up the negotiating process. Now the service department is mainly what has kept us coming back to Audi Dallas. Or better said Jordan Wyndham is the absolute best service writer I've ever worked with. He is just an all around pleasure and is knowledgeable. Our A4 needed new pistons and being a person with experience building race engines I asked some questions I didn't expect him to answer on the spot. He didn't try to guess, he was honest and said he'd get me an answer. He did and followed up with me. I love this kind of honesty. We also bought a maintenance agreement. Jordon has taken several opportunities to make sure that we are staying on schedule and getting the service we need. I've also had exposure to Jorge Ruiz. Jorge and I talked for a while about the performance or Audi turbocharged engines and I really enjoyed his insight and knowledge sharing. Please take care of these guys as you don't come across these type of quality individuals very often. More
