My car has 45k miles on it and several parts have completely failed, BUT apparently that is normal wear and tear. NOW, i have to replace a part that AUID SHOULD have checked themselves. Instead they hide behind their techinical service bulletin xxxxxxxxx. I promise you will be disappointed not only with your AUDI, but also with the "SERVICE" provided. LEARN to take care of customers that are supposed to be with you a lifetime. More
35,000 service Marvin was great! He took care of us with patience even though they were very busy. The shop may have been overbooked that the mechanics were not give Marvin was great! After they worked on our Q5, there were drips all over the engine cover and much more on the skid plate. Very disappointed. More

Under this dealerships old ownership, I called for a service appointment I have owned audi's for years and have always had excellent customer service. Under this dealerships old ownership, I called for a service appointment and was fit into the schedule, with a loaner vehicle, within the week. Since automation has taken over, it takes me FOUR weeks to get a service appointment scheduled with a loaner. Unacceptable. And this happens every time. I would discourage anyone from purchasing a car from them - you do not want to be stuck with their service department. More

Wonderful experience. Excellent experience. Arrived early, eventually met at my car. Marvin was free so, he seen me right away. There were no rentals available that morning Excellent experience. Arrived early, eventually met at my car. Marvin was free so, he seen me right away. There were no rentals available that morning, so they shuttled me to work. Marvin contact me close to the end of my day to see if I need a ride back to the dealership and there was a rental for me. But, I had already made arrangements to be picked up. The morning of picking up my car, Marvin called while we were on the way. He said he would have the car brought out and paperwork ready. All, I had to do was go to the cashier's window, show the paperwork to the Service deck and retrieved my car. No added stress on my part. More
