From Disarray to Gratitude One week after purchasing my 2019 Audi S5, I picked up a huge screw in my front passenger tire driving down Lemmon Ave. It was a BIG one. I immediately started to hear a loud ticking noise. At first I thought it was a flat until I looked closely and noticed the screw with the washer still attached. Of course, I was in complete disarray. My brand new car that I haven’t had a week already needs a new tire. I called Brandon Hunter in the Audi Dallas Service Department and explained what happened. Without hesitation, he chuckled with me in my moment of animation and said bring it in and let us take a look. I went in and the tire was changed without a cost. Went to do the oil change and the 1 st checkout . It was a bit confusing as they were going to a renovation and wasn’t clear how to go in.
