Overall nice job. Some better communications at times would have been nice. Was told my car was ready and made a 40 min drive to pick it up but then was told it needed more work. Also after the car had been there two weeks had some difficulty getting an answer on when it would be ready. Despite this, Brandon was very easy to deal with. He even went the extra mile to track down the history of my engine. I think this probably helped us identify the overall problem. The coronavirus quarantine also became an issue with the Audi tech’s shifts so that made communication toward the end difficult. I appreciated the week long loaner car. It made a big difference for us. I’m still assessing if the problem has been fixed. Been coming to this service dept for 4 years and I’ll be back. More

Very disappointed in the way my service was managed. Made an 8:00 am appointment for 55K maintenance was told 4 hours were needed. Started calling at 2:00 and leaving messages. At 4:40 was told my advisor ha an 8:00 am appointment for 55K maintenance was told 4 hours were needed. Started calling at 2:00 and leaving messages. At 4:40 was told my advisor had gone home but car was ready. Then got a Alto to dealership in rush hour traffic. Picked up my car after 6:00 and had to cancel evening plans.
