Jordan Windham took exceptional care of me and Juan was efficient in getting my car ready for service department by Manuel when I pulled my Audi in. Needed warranty service. JD wanted to charge $390 before even looking at car after viewing carfax. Did nothing for one week. Limited service hours.Stated that he had only two mechanics and promised to look even looking at car after viewing carfax. Did nothing for one week. Limited service hours.Stated that he had only two mechanics and promised to look at car then get back to me. JD never did, Finally I took car elsewhere and have gotten great service, no charge, an available loaner and rapid feedback. I have bought cars there before but will not do so again. Arve More
