Being an out-of-state buyer I contacted the dealership and the initial contact (salesperson) was not diligent and did not follow-up on my initial inquiry; really very poor. I decided to reach-out a second time and fortunately Adam Figueroa took the inquiry. It was night and day, Adam was receptive, open and demonstrated a commitment to REAL customer service. He listened, challenged, offered options and eventually we concluded a deal, which was really only about 60% of the negotiation. The remainder of the discussions centered around, vehicle inspection, shipping, motor vehicle commission documentation (for registration/plates) and even after the car was delivered, Adam continually demonstrated that enduring commitment to delivering a "great customer experience". The complete transaction was conducted remotely, I never viewed the car or met Adam in-person. Imagine that.....! Excellent, competitively priced, great condition and a great experience. I wish he were in my local Audi dealership. Great job Adam ! More
