I came from the Mercedes dealership after having too many bad experiences with them over the last few years. I was very skeptical about warranty, maintenance, etc. from my experience at Mercedes Benz so he and his associate Joseph introduced me to both Jordan and Tristan with the service department and they answered every question I had and then some. Brandon went out of his way to reassure me about everything. Customer service was above par and I could not have had a better or more efficient experience. In addition to my initial sale, he was great at following up with me about things even after the sale was made. I did not feel like "just a number" as I had before at my previous dealership. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership and this is probably my 5th car. I am now an Audi driver for life. More
