Going to Audi Dallas for service for my Audi is always a pleasant experience. The waiting room is very comfortable. Every time I take my car in for any type of service, someone always greets me as soon as I step out of the car. The service writer that usually takes care of me is Jordan Windham. I called ahead to determine whether the Audi RS 5 was available to look at. Was told they had one on the show room floor that was available. My son and I drove to the dealership and had the worse exper available to look at. Was told they had one on the show room floor that was available. My son and I drove to the dealership and had the worse experience at a car dealership. When we arrived we were immediately 'confronted' by a sales person. We had walked through the front door and saw the RS 5 sitting on the show room floor. While walking to the car, less than 20 feet, we were immediately confronted by the sales person who made it seem that is was an excluded area and asked why were there and what we were looking for. I told her that we had come to look at the Audi RS 5. She was rude and for whatever reason, confrontational. She said she would grab the keys. We proceeded to the RS 5 and sat inside. We had only been sitting in the car for less than 2 minutes when the rude lady came with the keys. She seemed disgusted that we were looking at this particular car. It was a Saturday and my 22 year old son and I were dressed appropriately for a hot summer Dallas afternoon. We had driven up in an Infiniti G35 Coupe when we arrived. Based on her behavior, it felt like she did not think I could afford the car for whatever reason. She attempted to answer some of my questions and was visibly bothered that we were sitting in the car. I had asked about the sun roof and she immediately interrupted and said that if I were looking at the Audi RS 5 I would know that it isn't a sun roof that opens completely but that it just lifts up to vent. I explained that I knew about the sun roof and only asking where the button was top tilt the sun roof so that I could see how far it opened. While sitting in the car another male sales person came up and simply stated, 'you need to get out of the car because this guy is buying it' This salesman was unbelievably rude. His demeanor was such that my son and I had ventured into the woman's rest room by mistake and he was telling us we needed to get out. The whole experience was totally surreal and by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I should note that I am fifty years old and have been employed by the same company for nearly 10 years. My yearly income is in excess of 140 thousand and I have a Doctorate degree. I certainly don't mean to come across as arrogant or condescending however, this dealership straight up made it clear that they did not believe I was looking at the vehicle with the serious intention of purchasing one. I have no doubt in my mind that the Audi RS 5 is the vehicle I will be purchasing. I should also note that I do not recall ever writing another review for any other business establishment. Audi Dallas on Lemmon Avenue is by far the worse dealership I have ever visited. Such a shame to have the craftsmanship of an Audi being sold by a dealership that would give flood damaged car dealerships a bad name. Shame shame shame on you Audi Dallas. You lost me as customer and my 22 year old son as well. There is NO professionalism at this dealership and I am utterly amazed that it is still open. More

I bought my Audi at this dealership a year ago and have been working on routine maintenance and extras with Jordan in the service department since then. While I've owned an Audi in the past that needed some service work, Jordan makes it a pleasure to go to the service department. He is always upfront, punctual and extremely friendly. I would recommend him as a service adviser to anyone needing to visit a dealer in the DFW area. Prices are standard for a dealer but still worth it considering the ease of service. More
