John Paul was prompt and professional. He knew his product and was able to provide plenty of information. After discussing our needs and desires, John Paul was able to confidently show us why the A5 cabriolet was the right car for us. The test drive "sealed the deal". This car performed better than the others we drove from Mercedes, Infinity, Lexus and Volvo. Plus, the features and benefits of the A5 made it a good value at the price point vs. the others. Once we made a decision on color, options and packages, John Paul was able to bring the car into inventory in less time than was originally planned. Delivery of the vehicle was great. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and performed their duties efficiently. Additions and options were presented in a thorough, non- aggressive way that allowed us to select what best fit our needs. Don was so patient with me in buying my teenage son his first car, I felt like I was taking so much of his time because of buying the car here and shi Don was so patient with me in buying my teenage son his first car, I felt like I was taking so much of his time because of buying the car here and shipping it to McLean,VA. where my son lives with his mother. Don never got impatient or tired and made everything easy and smooth, even helped arrange the transport and TTL to my ex wife in VA, she hasn't even met Don but said he was so nice and helpful ( trust me she is hard to please ).
