I have recently become a first time Audi owner (A4 Is Cab), and I have to tell you I may never go back to another car maker. This was my first time buying a car on my own so I was a little unsure how the process worked. I was also worried that because of my age (26) I wouldn't be taken seriously. A salesman came up to me by the name of Brandon Davis. He had a big smile on his face and welcome me to Audi. I was pleasantly surprised that the first question that Mr. Davis asked me wasn't "Why are you here, What are you looking for etc" but instead he asked if he could get me a drink and how my day was going. Mr. Davis immediately made me feel important. Mr. Davis was very knowledgeable not only about Audi but what one should look for in an vehicle. We sat down and went over all my needs and wants in a car along with my finance. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made me fall in love with a vehicle I haven't even seen yet. We took it for a test drive and the next thing you know I am signing the paperwork. The reason why I rated my overall experience with Audi was because when I left the dealership I thought that my journey of buying a car was over but for those who are a part of the Audi family know that this is not the case. About two weeks after I bought my car I got a phone call from Mr. Davis following up with me, making sure that everything was alright, and making sure that if I needed anything to give him a call. I knew that I had made the right decision with going with Audi. I would recommend everyone who is interested in purchasing a car to visit Audi because I know that the experience Brandon Davis has giving me as a first time owner is the same experience anyone else should have. Jordan has been extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally on the problems that have occurred with my vehicle. He has been able to accommodate me when I needed and wanted to bring in my vehicle in and has al on the problems that have occurred with my vehicle. Regarding "OVERALL EXPERIENCE" is that my A/C has never worked as I feel it should. Living here in Texas we want A/C to be powerful when initially get in the vehicle.
