It Took Some Leg Work, BUT. Honestly, this one wasn't a walk in the park; not only for me, but for the Salesman I dealt with. I've been going through the laborious process of rebuilding my credit after bankruptcy. Though I have made major improvements, my credit score is still a few points away from an automatic approval. That being said, I had to provide a great deal of documentation to prove my worthiness; but the Salesman was very open, honest, and hard working. These guys fought for me and got it done. The Salesman kept me informed every step of the way; talking to me via text message due to my hectic work schedule, and even reaching out to me after hours to respond if I had a question or concern. That makes me feel like I'm more than just a number; and it's good to feel that way, because I am. I would definitely do business with this dealership again. I'm loytal to anybody that fights for me. Very positive Had bought an Audi 6 in March of this year but had an unfortunate incident happen to the car so we made calls and re-visited Audi/Dallas and met with Had bought an Audi 6 in March of this year but had an unfortunate incident happen to the car so we made calls and re-visited Audi/Dallas and met with Randy Rogers, who was receptive, compassionate and just overall nice. He was a great listener and then did what a great manager would do which is to start to fix the problem that would be mutually acceptable to all parties. He called one of the best men at Audi in the name of Tom Hutton. He got right to work to find us another car since we could not drive our car any longer. He gave us options; however initially he could not find an A6 that we wanted; that is, exactly what we wanted. When we bought the A6 we sorta settled for an interior that we didn't quite want that was of course beautiful, just not exactly what we wanted. We were not rushed "at all"....Tom said he would find us a car and find us a car he did. In the interim, we were given a loaner so we felt at ease for a bit. We are now owners of an A8L which is a car of all cars. Now, to learn everything about it is a task in and of itself. Tom did give us a "thorough" lesson but its going to take practice. I would recommend Audi Dallas to anyone. Thomas in finance is so on it and gets you through the process in a timely fashion while explaining "everything" to you. You do not leave his office wondering about anything. As an added note, Tom has called us a couple of times just to see how we were enjoying our car and see if we needed anything. He will be visiting us soon to help us program our gate and garage. How bout that??? Yes, we are pleased pleased pleased!!!! More
