Audi Dallas is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been dealing with this nightmare of a dealership for over a year now! Their customer service is terrible but I believe their integrity is worse I have been dealing with this nightmare of a dealership for over a year now! Their customer service is terrible but I believe their integrity is worse. I bought a pre-owned Chrysler Crossfire last July. At this point I am questioning if they sold me a stolen car and if I need to take legal action against them. I bought this car from this dealership because I trusted in the quality of Audi and expected a certain level of service from them. I could not have been more wrong... They were not in possession of the title when they sold me the car and it took six weeks to sort out where the title was in a different state. It took two months to get plates. I immediately began having issues with the car. Within the first fifty miles the check engine light came on and the car was in the shop for a month with no concrete answers given besides a suggestion the resell the car. During this time the dealership refused to help me with a rental even though I had purchased an extra $2000 warranty. I've looked into selling the car and turns out there is a thirty thousand mile discrepancy on the odometer in the car report. I feel this dealership lacks integrity, good business practices and are completely incompetent. I am young and female which I feel made me a walking target for the complete taking advantage of. I wrote a certified letter of complaint to the VP of the dealership and was passed over to a "smoother-over" which didn't actually resolve much of the problems. John Denson sold me the car and as soon as there were problems the entire tone changed and everything suddenly became very unpleasant. I feel like I was only good for my money here and didn't matter at all as soon as the ink dried on the papers. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to shop elsewhere. They do not merit your business... Anywhere else deserves your business more than they do and you will probably get a better car with less problems!!!! More

I don't usually write reviews but our experience warrants praise of We bought a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI Prestige from Mike Pullon at Audi Dallas yesterday. I don't usually write reviews but our experience warrants praise of not only Mike but the entire Audi Dallas team. As this is the first diesel my wife has driven we asked a lot of questions... Mike answered the majority of them but then added a gentleman from the service department into the mix who in turn added a diesel specialist into the mix. The level of attention and genuine concern to make sure we were comfortable was remarkable. This is our third Audi - the other two came from different dealerships. We will be going back to Audi of Dallas next time around. More
