Audi Dallas - the Best in DFW Excellent experience at Audi Dallas! I have not had good sales and service experiences at the locations in Plano (Boardwalk) or Euless (DFW). Excellent experience at Audi Dallas! I have not had good sales and service experiences at the locations in Plano (Boardwalk) or Euless (DFW). Then I came across Audi Dallas (Lemmon Ave.) by chance when in early 2013. I wanted very much to get in an A6 and they could have sold me up...but they actually did the opposite and talked me into an A4. It was actually the better decision as it was better priced and was and fit my needs at the time. I actually just went back last week and upgraded to the A6. Again, a great experience. The car was competitively priced and they gave me a VERY fair offer for my A4. There was no hard sell and the deal was ultimately done very quick. My sales guy is JP (John Paul). I felt he truly tried to understand my needs and what I value in a car. In fact, both times I bought from him, the deals were done very efficiently. My wife even commented how it was the best car buying experience she ever had. As well, Doug New has been a pleasure to deal with on the servicing. I actually go out of my way and pass Audi Plano just to use Audi Dallas for my service needs. More
