Best Experience Ever! On 12/23/14 I had a wonderful experience at Audi of Dallas. I went to Audi of Plano first and they didn't know how to treat customers and was very pus On 12/23/14 I had a wonderful experience at Audi of Dallas. I went to Audi of Plano first and they didn't know how to treat customers and was very pushy to buy cars. I felt like Audi of Plano didn't have my best interest at heart. So I went to Audi Dallas and from the moment I walked in the dealer i was greeted by several employees with a smile and all of them was ear to help me. Ultimately I ended up with a great sales person name Reed and we was amazing! He took time to answer all my questions and we test drove the R8 V-10 and V-8 several times each until I was certain on the one I wanted. He was very patient with me and so professional. He walked me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone from the GM to parts, service advisor and the repair tech in the shop. What was so amazing that EVERYONE took all the time I needed to make sure ALL my questions was answered an trust me, I asked A LOT of questions. This was my first Audi and I didn't know a lot about them especially coming out of a Porsche Panamera GTS and traded for a 2015 Audi R8 Coupe. I would highly recommend everyone to visit Audi Dallas before buying an Audi anywhere else. If you want to be treated like aa VIP and experience true customer service, you got to come see it for yourself. To cap it all off, the GM and Director of Sales are true professionals. They went well out of their way to make my experience enjoyable. No pressure, just 100% customer service the entire time I was there. Even when I was in the finance office, i was in and out in minutes with their new desk top computer system, signing papers were quick and easy. My experience was so great, I am working on buying another Audi for my wife as well. Thanks Audi of Dallas for an amazing first impression and I look forward to a long relationship.
