While working out of the country, the Dealership worked with insurance companies by providing documentation and answered all of my questions allowing for the process to continue even while I was away. They offered a loaner car until they could locate a replacement vehicle. Turned out that I didn't need the loaner as they found me a replacement vehicle, worked out my financing and within 2 hours after arriving back home, I was driving away in my new Audi. I loved the car I originally purchased but I like this one even more. Thank you so much for your efforts and turning this very unfortunate experience into a positive. More

I was so thankful for my sales man Jesse Alejandro. He was willing to work with me and I didnt feel that heavy pushy sales like you normally exoerience at other dealerships. The manager Mike Woods is probably one of the nicest pre owned sales managers I have ever met. The fact that he was willing to work with me when I told Jesse the numbers I was willing to work around, really showed a lot. The finance manager as well, Troy was very nice and flexible.
