JP Made Car Buying Fun I had a wonderful experience at Audi Dallas. I was set on buying an Infiniti until I met with John Paul. He explained a lot about the Audi 4 that I kn I had a wonderful experience at Audi Dallas. I was set on buying an Infiniti until I met with John Paul. He explained a lot about the Audi 4 that I knew nothing about and after talking to him I began to change my mind. I loved his sense of humor and his knowledge of the car. I love my new Audi and would definitely recommend Audi Dallas and John Paul to everyone. I will be back next week for another lesson on all the technical options that the car has to offer. This dealership is not at all high pressure like other places I have purchased from and the customer service is excellent! More

Excellent Customer Service I really had great experience at Audi of Dallas. I was really impressed with the staff's knowledge of the Audi brand and eagerness to make you feel co I really had great experience at Audi of Dallas. I was really impressed with the staff's knowledge of the Audi brand and eagerness to make you feel comfortable as a customer as well as the car buying as a pleasant experience without imposing any pressure. I test drove a black 2015 Audi Q5 and I liked all the packages it came with except the color. I wanted Monsoon Grey instead of black. The sales specialist assisting me went out of his way to locate one within a couple of hours and called me with great news. Most of the time I have settled for a car on the lot and this is the first time I got a new car with everything I wanted and the color I wanted. Great job guys. Just keep up the good work. More

Bought new Q7 I bought a new Q7 last week and overall was very satisfied with the way I was dealt with. The only issue that I had was the fact that I told them the I bought a new Q7 last week and overall was very satisfied with the way I was dealt with. The only issue that I had was the fact that I told them the T-Mobile wifi service would not work where I lived and I was assured that it would. It doesn't and I cannot switch to AT&T for wifi until my six month trial is over. Otherwise, they were very good to deal with and Corey did a wonderful job. More
