The actual purchasing of the vehicle was fine. However after it took 24 DAYS to receive the check for the money they owed me for the difference between my trade in and the vehicle I purchased. I was tol after it took 24 DAYS to receive the check for the money they owed me for the difference between my trade in and the vehicle I purchased. I was told by financing they had to contact their corporate office to cut the check and I do believe it was overlooked at least once because I received all the title information in the mail but no check. EXTREMELY POOR follow up. I had to be the one to constantly call to check on when I would be receiving my funds. I purchased a lower priced vehicle and I do believe I would have been treated differently if this was a higher end purchase. It should not take close to a MONTH to get a check for the $1750 they owed me. Unfortunately it will be hard for me to recommend this dealership even though the initial service was good. More

My father and I went to the dealership together and we were both extremely impressed with Sean's kindness and professionalism. Among what I appreciated most was how straightforward Sean was with us, whether telling us what information he knew (and did not know) about the car, or settling upon a sales price for the car. I went into purchasing a car with a lot of doubts, fearing that a salesperson would try and take advantage of me where possible. But I left trusting Sean, viewing him as a honest, thoughtful, and considerate person. I would love to purchase my next car from him (hopefully many years down the road)! More

Be warned if you are not under warranty. This service department misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me over $1044 for an unneeded repair. After my third time to the service department the service manager's only response is that is was up to me if wanted to fix my car with them to fix the issue for another $900 which was a discounted price. To add to this I would need to bring my car back for a 4th time even though I made an scheduled appointment since audi brake parts don't appear to be in stock at a service department. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop which was repaired in an hour. Very poor customer service. My experience was with an argumentative shop manager and tried to place the blame on me as the customer. More
