The salesman was fine. The bosses were a joke. The car they listed at $59k had the stench from the previous owner being a smoker. They said they would fumigate the car o The bosses were a joke. When we tried to negotiate the price from what was listed in Cars.com they said the price had already been discounted and wouldn't discuss it further. I had a trade-in that had a blue book value of $14k. They told me I would get $5k in trade-in value from them. Bottom line - they wasted an hour and a half of my and my spouse's time. The Plaza Motors company used to have a great reputation when it was owned locally. I won't be going back there again and would recommend all your customers take their business elsewhere. More

They each took a lot of time to understand me and give me straightforward advice that put my needs first (and I am one needy client!). Manual transmissions are hard to come by, and after a long-term exhaustive search, Plaza got exactly the car I wanted in stock for a great price. This 3-year-old A5 was a lease return and looks, smells, and most importantly, DRIVES like new. Great job all, thank you for unexpected pleasure it was to buy this A5. She's a beauty! More
