Had my Audi A4 in for service. Needed my front brakes and rotors replaced. Brent my service advisor explained everything to me. Ben is simply amazing. I had an oil leak because I went to Valvoline like an idiot and the team fixed my leak right up. Valvoline did not put the oil cap on correctly. This is the 2nd vehicle we’ve bought from Plaza Motors, the first was from their Mercedes dealer and now from Audi of Creve Coeur. We worked with Spiro from the sales team and he was awesome. Bought a new vehicle. Wrong mile on Title. Called saying they don’t have the funds from bank. Called my bank they verified that they had the funds two to three days after Wrong mile on Title. Called saying they don’t have the funds from bank. Called my bank they verified that they had the funds two to three days after purchase, yet, they kept calling me. Credit Union questions me saying “ they are supposed to send Title of Origin to them instead of me. DMV saw discrepancy, Bill of Sale 24 miles on odometer, Title says 5126(five thousand one hundred twenty six) . Too many red flags. Returning the car. More
