Very disappointing experience. Buyer Beware. Although this is a nice-looking Audi dealership, at the end of the day, they operate like a standard "buy here, pay here" car lot. I pu Buyer Beware. Although this is a nice-looking Audi dealership, at the end of the day, they operate like a standard "buy here, pay here" car lot. I purchased a 2019 Q7, which was clearly shown to have operational navigation (see pictures of their ad), but when I got home, I found navigation and Bluetooth do not work. It appears the entitlement licenses were removed during the pre-sales process, so I thought the dealership would be happy to help, but instead they replied that my purchase was "as-is" and since I didn't buy their expensive warranties, "we are not liable for any imperfections or vehicle errors that you may be experiencing". I was surprised by how aggressively they refused to help and was very disappointed. I also found while trying to troubleshoot my navigation issues that the battery only has 1/3 of its usable capacity and almost dead after sitting a few days. The battery passed their checks, so I get why they might not want to help, but it's pretty sad for them to send a battery like that out the door. I can forgive the battery, though, but the navigation issue has prompted me to write this review and go from a mostly satisfied customer to a very disappointed one. More
