Dustin was a fantastic service rep, one of the best we have ever had at any Audi dealer. He was very clear about what was going on, what the costs could be, how long the service could take, etc. He commu have ever had at any Audi dealer. I think Dustin should be promoted to run the service department at Fort Lauderdale Audi, which is a disaster. I can walk there, but only go to Coral Springs Audi because the FLL store is horrible at customer service. Anyway, well done. My only complaint was the time it took, over a month. But I understand that was mostly due to insurance people being slow. It does seem like Audi should increase service capacity in Coral Springs, or fix the horrible situation in Fort Lauderdale. More

Car towed as as a breakdown on the highway with my wife as the driver. When received not able to look at the car for 1-2 weeks. Had to rent a car since did not have a second car to drive being seniors we h as the driver. When received not able to look at the car for 1-2 weeks. Had to rent a car since did not have a second car to drive being seniors we had no other alternative. . Brought in Thursday early stated not able to look at until Tuesday. Called Monday not able to look at until Thursday Friday. Will have to rent for another $360.00. Called west palm beach Audi will see car that day . Had to pay another 217 $ to tow there . Car completed by Tuesday afternoon. Cost for repair 3456.00 dollars. Service not even worth at coral spring Audi one star.Luana useless had no power to help and ignored our calls. Total cost we lost dealing with your company 217 tow 365 rental. Equaled to $582.00 also lookin at another week rental total 957.00 wow and you think you deserve 5 stars. More
