Rather than make me wait 2 hours at the de I brought my 2013 AUDI A6 in for the 25,000 mile service. David, the assistant service manager was great. Rather than make me wait 2 hours at the dealership he gave me a loaner vehicle to use. Unfortunately, I needed 4 new tires but David was able to get me a good set of replacement tires at half the cost of the originals. His service was courteous, very professional and much appreciated. Phenomenal Fast Service Eric Rutherford, my service agent, was awesome and so was the whole team!!! They were ready for me when I got there, had a replacement car to drive with no hassle, fixed the car under warranty ( so no charge!!), kept me up to date on the status (it was a major repair). I was 15 minutes early to pick it up and figured I'd have to wait at least that, but they greeted me when I drove up, had the newly washed car brought around, finished the paperwork, and I was out if there in less than 15 minutes...it was the best car service experience of my entire life!! Well besides driving great, it’s the SERVICE at AUDI OF CORAL SPRINGS. Even when I am out of state, they help. Recently, while traveling North, one of my tire walls popped. It wasn’t a flat, just a bubble on the side of the tire. I called JAMES EDMONDS, my Service Advisor. He looked up my records, called the local dealer, and arranged for a new tire to be installed. Another time, just after I got my new A6 with beautiful gray leather interior, I dropped a black sharpie marker on the front seat. I tried feverishly to get it off but failed. I took it to James and tada, the ink is gone and at N/C. At AUDI of CORAL SPRINGS, I never feel patronized, my car is always ready on time, and they always offer a complimentary car wash. I really appreciate a dealership that makes me feel like I am part of a good relationship and THAT is why we are an AUDI family. AUDI of CORAL SPRINGS, JAMES EDMONDS, thanks for having my back. More

I drove straight to the dealership and without hesitation Larry Stein not only removed the dead frog ,but made sure the frog gunk did not stay on the paint ... I would say that goes beyond excellent customer service, wouldn't you ? LOL More
