My husband and I finally narrowed our choice of new cars down to an Audi. We went to our local dealer and just did not like the service we received. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the car and c down to an Audi. We went to our local dealer and just did not like the service we received. Needless to say, he lost the sale for himself and his dealership. We called Audi of Coral Springs and set up an appointment with Tony D'Argenzio. Tony was great he and he was prepared for our arrivalis. We found Tony to be extremely knowledgeable! He took us for a very educational test drive, demonstrated all the features, options and explained every safety feature the car has to offer. He knew the answer to every question we threw at him. Tony is very serious and at the same time has a great sense of humor. Tony was always straight forward with us and consulted us when we had concerns. Dealing with him was such a pleasure; he made the experience so smooth that I have no problem recommending Tony to anyone who is interested in buying a car. From the beginning, I never felt pressured into buying and felt that they listened to what I really wanted instead of trying to sell me unnecessary things. They stayed past closing time to continue answering my questions. The following day, I received one call confirming my appointment (compared to receiving 5 calls alone from another dealership... which was quite annoying.) I brought in my car which had a few payments left... after looking at it, they brought me a fair offer to take the car off my hands and get me into an A4. There was no major negotiating, as the price they offered was extremely fair. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it to purchase another car. Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed a small scratch on the bumper... they offered to fix it and put me in a loaner until it was ready. Overall, this was a very quick, easy, and painless process. Everyone was friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Audi Coral Springs to family and friends. More
