I was interested in an Audi A4 from Audi Coral Springs but it was relatively far from my residence (70mi). They provided me with all the details of the car that I requested and even sent me additional pictures of the vehicle when I asked. We took care of all the paperwork via Fedex and when it came time to pick the vehicle up they were very welcoming and made sure I understood how to use all the great and unique features of the vehicle. I am about to purchase my 5th vehicle from Audi, through Mike, and based on the sales process during my first four purchases, I expect it to be stress-free. My last purchase was an A7 and although I had ord Mike, and based on the sales process during my first four purchases, I expect it to be stress-free. My last purchase was an A7 and although I had ordered an A8, Mike thought that I should at least consider the A7, based on what he knew about me and my driving preferences. It is not often that a sales exec will try to convince a customer to purchase a less expensive vehicle than the one he had already ordered. Must be the "nice Canadian" in him! Certainly a sign that he knew me as a customer and was more concerned with matching me with the correct vehicle. My RS5 arrives in a couple of weeks, so looking forward to a new driving experience.
