Somehow someway, he has an extraordinary ability to make it all run smooth and seamless to you. You will not notice anything that happens in the back of the house. No stress, no pressure. This was the second Audi I purchased from this dealership, and the experience was as pleasant as the first. My service tech, Steve, was very helpful in advising me to consider a new purchase based on the condition of my older vehicle. I spoke to my previous sales person, Jeff Klukis, and he was great with finding the exact car I wanted and at the right price. Within a few days, my car was located and delivered for me to pickup. I am now happy as can be in my new S4, and intend to continue purchasing from Audi Coral Springs in the future. More
Greg was friendly and clear--and I believe he is a straight shooter. Two issues, however (not necessarily Greg's): 1. I was glad the dealership matched my trade in offer from CarMax--but I was not told until after the fact that I had to wait 7-10 days to get paid for the car I traded in (other than the part I put down on the Audi). That is not right--since when do you give your car and signed title to a buyer and then wait for them to pay you a week -10 days later? Felt as if your dealership wanted a head start on selling my car to pay me out of those proceeds instead of doing what everyone does when selling a car (private party or other)--seller turns over car and signed title; buyer turns over money--at the same time. 2. I felt the "upsell" in the finance director's office was unnecessary, especially when I told him I was not buying anything else--he said he had to tell me all that information to avoid misunderstandings later. But I was told I would be in his office five minutes to sign the final paper, not 20 minutes for another sales pitch. When I told him I'd sign that I waived all additional services/packages, that I was tired and had been there for nearly three hours, he told me "I could come back another day." I was more comfortable with Greg than I was with the Finance Director (Tony). CarMax charges top dollar for their cars, but one thing they do well is make the transaction fast, easy, and game-free. That said, I am pleased with my Audi, and again, I think Greg did his best. I would recommend Greg and I would advise anyone I sent there to be clear as to the pros and cons I experienced. Everyone knows that car shopping is like getting a root canal without sedatives. We decided to start the process anyway and headed to our favorite Audi store. When arriving we were disappointed to hear that our trusty sales guy was working at a different store. That's when we met Mike Rakowski. Mike quickly made us feel like we were in a friendly professional establishment. We spoke to Mike about the Audi experience and it was immediately noticeable that Mike knows everything there is to know about the Audi brand. Not only was his presentation top notch but he is a wiz with math. He made every effort and worked hard to meet our goals, extremely patient with the multiple changes we threw at him, and had relevant input as we discussed several options. Not just financial options but color,interior, color again, how the design would be better if we had designed it, blah blah blah. He was really patient with us!! Plus it was raining the entire time which added a higher degree of difficulty for Mike. We didn't even notice it.. In closing the deal we met several of the others from the dealer which were courteous, engaged and professional. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs, Ask for Mike Rakowski! More

In 2011 I bought a new Audi S4 and since then have been dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the year dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the years with some annoying rattles and James is quick to try and fix them. Also Jesse, who is the shop foreman has been wonderful. He spent a ton of time riding around with me to see if we could replicate some of the noises. This dealership is an A+ and the service department has been better than any other I have encountered.
