They give me a car so I can return to my busy day at work and text and call me with updates. I truely cannot say enough about this dealership and their service department. I was just telling my friends at a party the other night that I will never want to go anywhere else to buy or service a car because the experience is so unbelievable!! I live in Lake Worth and drive all the way South to Coral Springs with out even thinking about it. I bought my car from Audi of Coral Springs in April, 2012. It was my first visit to the dealership. I was greeted by Mr. Jeff Smith and we went outside to look at cars without any waiting (I was on m 2012. It was my first visit to the dealership. Then I was introduced to Mr. London, who promptly explained to me the process, credit score and financing. I came the next day also at lunch to fill out the application and the next day after work. The team went above and beyond to make my experience easy. I am recently divorced and it was my first time purchasing a car by myself. The finance manager stayed until 10 p.m. to process the financing and application. They helped me with my license plate, transfers, paperwork and when I left the dealership, I did not have to do a thing. I was very impressed with Mr. Smith and Mr. London.
