This is the second Audi I have purchased from Anthony. I initially reached out to him about 2 months before I was ready to buy. Initially I wasn't sure if i was going to stay in the Audi family, and Anthony went so far as to offer to connect me with other dealers if I ultimately choose another brand. He is a true professional and values trust and relationships far more than a quick sale. At the end of the day I ended up leasing a Q5 from Anthony and I couldn't be happier with the service that I was provided by Anthony and Larry. The worked efficiently to make the process a breeze. So I started speaking with Greg Shuman after seeing this used car from Audi of Coral Springs on their Website, Cars.com & Autotrader.com. I was looking at an 2013 Audi Q7 which was handsomely priced at $ 43 used car from Audi of Coral Springs on their Website, Cars.com & Autotrader.com. I was looking at an 2013 Audi Q7 which was handsomely priced at $ 43,992. The main features which attracted me to this car was that this car had Panoramic Sunroof, Navigation and Rear view Camera which were all included. So to me this was great, this was what I was looking for. I spoke with Greg and at numerous times and as I spoke to him to confirm of these features he said yes to all my answers. So I went forward with the transaction. This car was located in South Florida and I live in NY. I asked Greg to make sure everything was ready for me as I would be driving down there to pick up this vehicle. Greg ensured me everything was fine. I started driving down in the trade in car with my wife and my daughter. I get there in the evening to find that the car had none of the features that the ad says it does(classic bait & switch). I was so angry with what they just did to me. On top my credit was run numerous times already as they were trying to look at different rates seeing that this is just a used car not new or CPO (certified pre-owned) capable. Meaning you get crappy rates from banks. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. this place does some shady stuff I would not trust them at all. They blame their errors on other techs who put them up. As managers its your JOB to look at these posts to make sure everything being written is the truth. If you cant even have a credible site then why bother? More

Everyone at Coral Springs Audi, from the hostess to the managers, was very professional and went out of there way to ensure I was comfortable. After explaining my budget constraints, Brett and Geno sold me the exact vehicle I wanted with the specific colors and options I desired the most.
