When ever I go in to the location, the entire staff from the guy outside who greats you with a smile and a hello all the way to the service people. My rep there is Steve and he is great. The car was great throughout the 3 year term of the lease, and my wife and I decided to keep the car, and purchase it when the lease was terminated. Being that financially I could not afford to move up to a new A5 and I loved the A4, so we came into the dealership Mike and Tony Carenza put together a fabulous deal for us to enable us to keep the car under difficult financial situations.
