I have been a Champion Audi/Coral Springs Audi customer for 20 years. I have just purchased my 4th Audi (Q5 3.0T) (3rd from Coral Springs), and I have to say that every single person I dealt with was fant for 20 years. I have just purchased my 4th Audi (Q5 3.0T) (3rd from Coral Springs), and I have to say that every single person I dealt with was fantastic. Neil and I have been talking for a few years - no hard sell (WHICH I HATE MORE THAN ANYTHING). He was extremely patient with me test driving everything on the lot - which gave me the time to decide which car I really wanted - plus he found me the exact car I wanted (color/options). Neil went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted plus some extras, at a fair price. He is a great salesman and a great person, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a fabulous car (i.e., an AUDI). Geno the sales manager was also fabulous in pointing out the differences between leasing/buying options, plus he gave my son some really nice Audi knickknacks (I'm still jealous Geno)! And Jim the Finance Manager made the paperwork go as smoothly as possible. Also Kudos to my LONG time service advisor James Edmonds, who has always been great to work with - he reflects the quality of service at Audi.
