Do not, I repeat do not ever purchase a car from Audi Coral Springs. We ordered a 2013 Audi S6 from Jeff Klukis. Jeff neglected to lock in our lease rate until the last minute. The finance manager Rance Williams and Sales Manager Geno Walsh tried to defraud my wife by forging the credit approval letter that was sent to them by Audi Financial. They specifically copied the text from a .pdf document and proceeded to put it into a word processing file and change the terms. Had they not made a mistake we may have never known that they were committing fraud. Specifically they changed the rate from Tier A to Tier B and they also stated that we needed to pay the difference of the purchase Price of $80,070 plus fees and $74,933.00 (stating that was all we were approved for). Those figures were all a lie as we were approved at Tier A for the full purchase price. We called the dealership out on the fraud they proceeded to back pedal and had no response for why. With reluctance we accepted the car and signed the documents (they were overnighted to us and we overnighted back) Our car was set to be delivered to Audi Pacific in Torrance, CA as a courtesy. Even though we sent all of the documents back to our salesperson Jeff Klukis overnight, he procrastinated sending our temporary tags for 10 days and had not sent the money we paid them to Audi Pacific for the pre-delivery inspection and detail. Finally it was paid on Monday, February 4th by American Express after I pitched a fit. I understand that doing an out of state deal can add difficulties, but to be the victim of a fraud attempt is uncalled for. Do not trust Audi Coral Springs, Rance Williams or Geno Walsh. More

I loved the car and hope my new A4 agrees with me as much. I may not have purchased without the excellent service I received from the service department and in particular James Edmonds. Very relaxed process, didn't feel pressured but Neil's enthusiasm for the car we were interested in was infectious. He showed us all the features on the car and took us for two test drives because I need enthusiasm for the car we were interested in was infectious. Neil was very knowledgable with all the electronics and set up our Bluetooth, some preselected radio stations and our garage door opener. He took us over to the Service area and showed us around as well. Rance, the finance manager was efficient and told us about the service warranty, which we purchased.
