Steve Meyer did a great job keeping us in the communication chain. He called us at least once daily to keep us updated on the progress of the work. This was my second service visit to Audi for my 2012 A5. First, I love my car. Second, its very important to me to have a service representative that understands my needs, concerns, takes time with me and First, I love my car. My recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Steve was courteous, efficient & listened to my questions. He answered them in a way I could understand the mechanics of the reason for one of the items that was to be part of my service. My entire experience was a pleasure. I took myself to the cafe, had a cup of coffee and waited for my car. From the minute I entered the service dept. to the time I left, one of the things that really struck me was how quiet the entire building was. The showroom had sales people at their desks, people were looking at cars, the service department was busy working..but all with such a quiet tone! Wow, how does that happen? All in all, a great experience. More
