Everyone knows that car shopping is like getting a root canal without sedatives. We decided to start the process anyway and headed to our favorite Audi store. When arriving we were disappointed to hear that our trusty sales guy was working at a different store. That's when we met Mike Rakowski. Mike quickly made us feel like we were in a friendly professional establishment. We spoke to Mike about the Audi experience and it was immediately noticeable that Mike knows everything there is to know about the Audi brand. Not only was his presentation top notch but he is a wiz with math. He made every effort and worked hard to meet our goals, extremely patient with the multiple changes we threw at him, and had relevant input as we discussed several options. Not just financial options but color,interior, color again, how the design would be better if we had designed it, blah blah blah. He was really patient with us!! Plus it was raining the entire time which added a higher degree of difficulty for Mike. We didn't even notice it.. In closing the deal we met several of the others from the dealer which were courteous, engaged and professional. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs, Ask for Mike Rakowski! More

In 2011 I bought a new Audi S4 and since then have been dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the year dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the years with some annoying rattles and James is quick to try and fix them. Also Jesse, who is the shop foreman has been wonderful. He spent a ton of time riding around with me to see if we could replicate some of the noises. This dealership is an A+ and the service department has been better than any other I have encountered. My wife was in the market for a new car. We reached out to an Audi dealership that was closer to where we live, but they no longer had a Q7. I went on-line and then called Audi Coral Springs and Rafael Ser to an Audi dealership that was closer to where we live, but they no longer had a Q7. I went on-line and then called Audi Coral Springs and Rafael Servan (Internet Manager) quickly set up an appointment for that evening. So after work, we (my wife and kids) drove approx. an hour to this dealership. Rafael provided us top notch service, from the time we arrived. He made the test drive fun for all of us. The unpleasant part of this experience started when we began speaking of pricing. Every offer that Rafael took to the Sales Manager was practically "shot-down". Whether it was the dollar amount, warranty, discount on entertainment upgrades to window tinting, the guy would not give a penny. For the record, both my wife and I have excellent credit, make good salaries and was ready to give $20,000 down payment! Finally, he gave us a couple hundred bucks off...really, on a +$65,000 vehicle!! After that, we worked with Rance Williams, who worked with us (the best he could) with financing. So overall, the experience was GOOD, but the lack of negotitation because "this is a hard to find model" and "we sell these full price all the time" SUCKED. A customer does not really care how many cars are sold at what price, they care how this car can be sold to meet their needs. The goal should be to make everyone who purchases feel as if they got a good deal, not paid more because everyone else is. We would still recommend this dealership, but we would forewarn the potential buyers that they don't give an inch on pricing. More

As a person who is in sales, customer service, knowledge and follow up are vital. I am an Audi lover and when it was time to trade my A6 in I figured I would go to Braman, where my service person was a drea and follow up are vital. I am an Audi lover and when it was time to trade my A6 in I figured I would go to Braman, where my service person was a dream to deal with the last three years. I purchased the car in NJ so I had relationship with the sales team. as much as I know I will deal more with my service rep than the sales team, I should still be treated the same. I wanted the car by the end of the month and they seemed to have no urgency in getting back to me. so for 3 weeks I shopped BMW, 2 Lexus dealers and went back to Braman twice. My husband works near Coral Springs so he stopped at the Audi dealer, on his own and after seeing the way the other dealers follow up, or lack of following up, Mike Rakowski, the sales specialist stood out to be the most professional. After we left JM Lexus, and the sales manager came out like he was doing US the favor, with a pre owned IS Coupe we said forget it... He called Mike and we drove right there. Mike had the up most patience with me as I started out with the A5 convertible, then went to the A6 and realized I was ready for something new. We test drove each one, and he went over the pros and cons of each car for me, (as a convertible is not practical in my business).... and I purchased a brand new Q5 and I love it. Gino Walsh the Sales Manager went over many purchasing options with us, as non of the other dealership even mentioned. Rance Williams the Finance Manager got us in and out of there quickly, and did not try to sell us any additional add ons. I found the dealership to be friendly, helpful, patience and have would highly recommend this team to any of my friends or colleagues. They have followed up to make sure we are as happy as when we drove away. A very no pressure pleasant experience. And, I will be back for the A5 Convertible in a few years !!!! More
