The staff stayed at the dealership nearly 2 hours after closing on a Friday night to accommodate us and make sure we drove away happy and we did! Working with Richardson Baptiste at Audi Coral Springs was an absolutely perfect experience. I flew in from New York to specifically purchase a vehicle. While I didn't need a ride from the airport, Richardson was kind and patient enough to give me transportation from the car rental agency after my car purchase. Richardson was patient while I test drove an A6 and Q5. He did a thorough job of showing me the myriad of functions on both vehicles and even went so far as programming the presets for my radio. I have bought almost 10 cars in my life, and the experience with Richardson, and Tony in the finance department, has been the best by far. They have an easy-going, no-pressure approach and were very helpful in giving me information so that I could make an informed decision -they did not "sell" me a car at all, they strictly just facilitated my buying one! In fact, they are the first car dealership I've ever used to buy a vehicle -previously, I've always bought only from individuals -in the past 25 years! So, all of my previous prejudices about stereotypical car dealerships were completely dispelled at Audi Coral Springs. I would most certainly buy from them again in the future. Let me also add that the Audi brand continues to impress me with their thoughtful engineering, design and precision in crafting a world-class automobile. It's not oversold like BMW and Mercedes, yet it outcompetes both at several price levels. The new A7 and S7 are amazing models, although, I actually found a rare gem (online listing of theirs) in the certified pre-owned 2010 A6 -at I price I couldn't refuse - I had to have it, and practically stole it -what a deal! Thanks very much for the great deal and even the finance guy, Rance, was super-cool and totally laid-back in his approach -again, not selling me at all, just helping me to buy what I wanted. Awesome! Let me see if I can list them. 1) Everyone is totally professional and friendly. 2) They always answer the phone promptly and get you the person you want or get him/her to call you back soon. 3) They always try and get you exactly what you want, WITHOUT attitude. 4) They never try and sell you any product or service you don't want or need. 5) You never have to wait for more than a few minutes for anything. 6) The facility itself is amazing, the reception arrangement for service etc. is very efficient, they know who you are when you drive up. 7) Even the people you are NOT dealing with are friendly. 8) Your car is always clean and perfect when serviced. 9) They LISTEN. 10) They don't change the station on your radio when you get a service, or any other settings you have in your car and I've often left valuables in the car due to forgetfulness... they are always there, even my meter money. And probably the more important part is that, having owned, Jaguars, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus in the past, there no beating an Audi. More
