Since I was a previous Audi owner, I was eager to return to the Audi Family. Audi Coral Springs is a "Family" and I was happy to be welcomed back. Neil Ambrosio is the most knowledgeable, patient and hone to the Audi Family. Audi Coral Springs is a "Family" and I was happy to be welcomed back. Neil Ambrosio is the most knowledgeable, patient and honest salesperson I have ever dealt with. He explained all the features on the 2012 Audi A4. Took the time to review all the changes made to the 2012 Audi A4 and the differences in the feature packages. Neil pointed out specific details on how the car handled during our test run. He handled the actual purchase and paperwork experience efficiently and professionally. At this time, I had the pleasure to meet Geno Walsh who added to my overall great experience at Coral Springs Audi. The friendly atmosphere extended from the reception ladies to the customer service and sales staff. I asked Neil if Steve Myers was still at Audi Coral Springs Service and was delighted to hear Steve Myers was indeed here and I am very happy to work once again with Steve. He was always so helpful. Jana Tahirovic was also so nice to work with while signing all the new sales paperwork. In closing, my experience was "top notch". Steve Meyer has always taken care of us and our A8. When our daughter had an accident in NJ with our then almost new Audi A8 we took it to Audi of Cherry Hill, NJ. who after making large unauthorized charge our daughter had an accident in NJ with our then almost new Audi A8 we took it to Audi of Cherry Hill, NJ. who after making large unauthorized charges against our credit card, continued to lie to us about when the car was going to be repaired and then delivering to us a filthy and DANGEROUS car, we drove it back to Florida and had Audi Of Coral Springs clean up the disaster. Steve worked with us and the insurance adjuster to effect another $3500 worth of repairs to undo the sloppy work by the dealer in Cherry Hill. When another problem associated with the accident appeared after a few weeks, Steve had the repair made at no charge to us. Since then we have always taken the car to this dealer and after close to 7 years and 72,000 miles, the car look s and drives almost as new. More

When I sent into Coral Springs Audi to look at and purchase a new car, I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience. It was easy for me to deal with the sales person who gave me his undivided attention and did everything in his power to get me into the car I had really wanted to purchase. I did leave that day with the car I had so badly wanted. Since that time, I have had my car in for the usual service issues and have worked with James Edmonds each time. He is always available to speak to me and always explains what needs to be done and why. He makes sure that my car is ready when I was told it would be and has never disappointed me in any of my dealings with him. I have been an Audi customer for many years and much of that is due to the service that I received working with James. I can honestly say that I would consider changing to another automobile if I was not so very satisfied with James and the service dept. at Coral Springs Audi. I am currently driving my 4th Audi car and James has been my service for each and every one of them and is a definite part of my decision to continue purchase new Audi automobiles. More
