Danni, my sales representative was honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. The negotiations lasted 3-5 minutes and I received the best available price for my A6. I left the dealership to run an errand and when I returned, after signing documents electronically, I walked into Al, the finance managers office, and within minutes I received the documents on a USB drive and my car was ready.
