We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. This situation is very unique, we never transacted business with this customer nor sold her the car she has an issue with. She asked us to replace a part on her Audi under warranty that doesn't qualify to be replaced. We did contact Audi on her behalf and Audi also denied the claim and asked the customer to return to her selling dealer to resolve the issue. We are very sorry we couldn't help in this situation however we would not put our franchise at risk. Sincerely, Jason Branham General Manager
