On November 23, 2018, my car was in for regularly scheduled maintenance. As always, my Service Advisor, Robert Spah helped me, took the time to answer questions (of which there are many because I am not knowledgeable about cars) and carefully explained what was done. I wanted to know about tires, as mine were nearing time for replacement. Robert printed out information about tires that I was considering. Robert did not ‘sell’ the tires, only provided the information I requested. After thinking about it for a bit, I decided to get the tires at this dealership, because trust the dealership and rely upon Robert. The service that day and always was impeccable. More
