He setup work to be done with an outside vendor so I didn't have to fool with coordinating logistics for services beyond their typical scope, gave me consistent updates, allowed for a longer term loaner (new Q7). All in all a great experience...and this is consistent with the experience I have had for the 3 years I have been in Colorado Springs. I used to shop around for deals on various repairs, and now I just take it to this team and know I"m in good hands. Kudos! More

Brian Dorcey was my service advisor this trip and he is not only polite but he really knows Audi vehicles. There is nothing more frustrating than having someone who knows less than you do about your car trying to tell you about it. I will continue to have my car serviced here. More

Easy and fairly quick purchase of a car Treated well and with respect. Car is great. However, they did hide from us that the car had been smoked in, which they covered up with air fresheners Treated well and with respect. Car is great. Also, in filling out the loan and purchased papers we were talked into buying an extended protection plan. There was 1 1/2 years left on the original warranty and they did not tell us that it tied us to them for needed repairs. More

Not only the first annual servicing but a really irritating audio problem that he diagnosed after a few minutes of driving the car and hearing the weird sound. In reading the manual, it said "if you have a CD player, it will be above the radio. " NO CD player above the radio. I was so very, very upset over the weekend to think I could not play my discs in the car!! I talked to Ms. Fair today and we both learned that although not listed on the sticker sheet, there was, in fact a small CD player in the rear of the very big glove compartment. Over the weekend on the internet, I learned that car manufacturers are gradually eliminating the CD players! I was THRILLED this morning to know I, in fact, had a CD player in my new, beautiful car which is very important to me! More

Between shady sales tactics and overall bad experiences in the past we had resorted to just using an Audi dealer in Denver to avoid Phil Long entirely. A tire replacement forced our hand though as Audi Colorado Springs (Phil Long Audi) was the only place that had the tire we needed for our A7 in stock. So, we had the tire replaced there and our car was due for service as well. Brian Dorcey was amazing and got me in same day even though the service department was shorthanded that day by two service people. The tech did a great job and I loved getting a video of my car to show they weren't bulls@#%ting me on what needed to be done and what could wait until the next service. Overall, my service experience was amazing and I would highly recommend going in to see Brian for your Audi service. As far as sales and the rest of the Phil Long brand, I cannot say I would recommend them, but as far as service and Brian Dorcey go 5/5 or 10/10 or 100% positive for him personally and go in and see him if your Audi needs to be serviced. More
