I service all my Audis (4 so far) to that dealership. It is an awesome place with amazing people working there. I have been servicing my vehicles for the past 6 years there and I will not change this dealer is an awesome place with amazing people working there. I have been servicing my vehicles for the past 6 years there and I will not change this dealership for any other in the area.My service advisor Mandy is awesome!Very professional,courteous,friendly and addresses all my questions and concerns in a speedy and efficient manner.I always get the appointments I request on the day that are convenient for me,I am always provided with a loaner car and I never had a bad service there.My car is very well serviced and always clean when I pick it up! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone not just for purchasing a new vehicle but also for their amazing service team. I like to thank Mandy Walters for being a fantastic service advisor and for taking such a great care of my vehicle.!!! More
Mandy Walters did a great job handling my repair. I needed new brakes, and Mandy took my car in quickly, and got me a prompt ride home. I was leaving town and did not need a loner, but Mandy brought my needed new brakes, and Mandy took my car in quickly, and got me a prompt ride home. I had just purchased a nearly "new" Audi S5 from another dealer and originally was shopping for some accessories. At any rate, I was not looking forward to meeting with the "business manager" at the dealership to get answers to my questions...frankly I expected a long-winded and persistent sales pitch filled with double talk. NOT. Paul is a straight shooter who really knows his product and people. Bottom line: I purchased Audi Care on the spot and resolved to drive the ~40 miles extra to Crown Audi for my future service needs. I highly recommend Paul and his team. I took my car in for it's standard 55,000 mile service and as usual the Crown Audi Service dept. went above and beyond. I've worked with Brian in the past who always treated me like a rock star and gave and as usual the Crown Audi Service dept. went above and beyond. I've worked with Brian in the past who always treated me like a rock star and gave top-notch service but I had the pleasure of servicing my A4 with Evan this time around. Evan was phenomenal and did an outstanding job. I was made fully aware of what was going on with my car at all times and what issues were at hand/resolved. Extremely professional on all fronts. I wouldn't trust my Audi with anyone else but these two gentlemen. The technicians are class-A all the way as well. Never once had an issue with their work. I feel fortunate having them as my dealer as we have all heard the horror stories about dealerships taking advantage of people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or is planning on owning an Audi, no question. More

This company, Todd Emery, my Audi service manager in particular, and every member of the team there are simple heads and shoulders beyond what I have experineced anywhere else in "autoland." my satisfaction with the quality of their work and their customer facing care has consistently proven beyond my most optimistic expectations. As a previous BMW and Infiniti owner, I was used to a pretty high level of service at other dealer service centers. However, Crown Audi definitely took it to the next level on my recent service visit. pretty high level of service at other dealer service centers. However, Crown Audi definitely took it to the next level on my recent service visit. From the moment I contacted the service department, I was treated like I was their only customer! My Audi's check engine light came on over the weekend and I drove the car to a privately-owned foreign car service shop near my house. The private mechanic shop was backed up and told me they couldnt look at my car for at least another day. I called Crown Audi service department just to get their impression of my car's problem based on my description. The service rep took the time to listen to my concern and asked for my VIN number. Once he ran my VIN number, he determined that my vehicle had an "open recall" for an engine component that had never been replaced. Although he could not provide any guarantees without seeing the car and running diagnostics, he did give me a place to start. I took his advice and had my car towed to the dealer's service shop. Once my vehicle arrived, they were upfront about the timeline and kept in regular communication with me. As it turned out, the malfunction with my car was due to the "recalled" engine coil component. I left there with a $0 service bill! Of course, I was so happy because the repair would have cost me about $400-$500 had I left my car at the other shop. Had it not been for the time that the service rep gave me on my first call by listening to me and checking my VIN, I would have never even known that this malfunction was related to a recalled part! In my experience, very few service representatives give you this much assistance over the phone before they even see your car. Not only was the work completed with 100% satisfaction, they even offered to send a driver to pick me up when it was completed earlier than expected! What more could you want???? More
