I was so thrilled when he informed me I could get a loaner vehicle at no extra cost, and he was more than happy to get the car for me. After I left, he called right when he said he would and informed me that my first service was done and THEY WASHED MY VEHICLE TOO! For free I might add. Ryan quickly took my car around to the service department for me where Mandy Walters was waiting. Mandy went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of right away. Ryan Sanders, in Sales, always goes above and beyond in answering my 101 questions with a smile and the patience of Job himself. From the actual purchase to servicing...both Ryan and Mandy rock it at a 10 in my book. A short time later, I walked out with an awesome new Audi coffee mug and a new appreciation for green beans. I was in with my father while he was dropping his car off for service. I am the guy who hates auto shops but I must say I was so impressed with Shawn Henson and his honest, no pressure, informative approach for service. I am the guy who hates auto shops but I must say I was so impressed with Shawn Henson and his honest, no pressure, informative approach he had with my father. He was the first genuine and honest car repair guy I.have ever met. Even when we returned and waited to pick up I observed him helping a woman prioritizing repairs needed and helping her making a plan. It was such a fresh approach I asked him if I could bring my Toyota in to him for service. I am happy to know my father is getting honest service. More
