Excellent service which is a definite must if you own Audi I had a 2011 Q5 that I enjoyed other than it being over engineered and quirky. Since I spent a a lot of time with it in Service I got to know Steve a I had a 2011 Q5 that I enjoyed other than it being over engineered and quirky. Since I spent a a lot of time with it in Service I got to know Steve and Mandy well. They are excellent people and truly want to make things right with the customer. That involved quite a bit since the MMI went out the first week I owned it, it consumed oil and needed new rings and timing belt at 68,000 miles. Indicator lights intermittently going on and off. Never found out why. I would never buy another Audi, but not because of service at Crown. More

Continuing to exceed my expectations I just brought in my new car for a service appointment and I had the pleasure of working with Antoine. Antoine was very professional and extremely fr I just brought in my new car for a service appointment and I had the pleasure of working with Antoine. Antoine was very professional and extremely friendly. This is a brand new car for me, and I had a few (minor) concerns, both mechanically and with systems on my new car. He thoroughly addressed each and every "issue" I had. While my car was being serviced, he would occasionally stop by to update me on the progress, or just make sure I was comfortable. I'm not new to this dealership, and as good as they are, they just seem to get better. Beyond being a pleasant and knowledgable representative, Antoine hooked me up was a VERY nice loaner. Certainly appreciated. More
