Firstly I spoke with Jessica prior to the visit to attempt to arrange a This most recent visit to Crown Audi in Clearwater was a breath of fresh air! Firstly I spoke with Jessica prior to the visit to attempt to arrange a loaner vehicle for the hours of my service, which eventually was successful. Then when the service visit started Jessica was very open in explaining the recall service required and the regular services that could be completed during the same visit. A estimated completion time was agreed, the loaner was provided, and everything was then completed on schedule. I was extremely pleased by the service and the cooperation exhibited by Jessica throughout the entire experience. I will certainly return for services and tell other owners about my experiences there. More

Ridiculous First I almost never write a review. We got a recall for a Q-5. The recalled said if we don’t get it fixed, if the suv is garaged then it could catch First I almost never write a review. We got a recall for a Q-5. The recalled said if we don’t get it fixed, if the suv is garaged then it could catch on fire. I thought that was serious. Brought it in at their scheduled time they had it for a day. Did not fix it. Gave me a sing and dance but no relief. Next move they said they would pick up the car get it fixed and bring it back. Of course they did no. Such thing. Never showed. You call Audi USA they blow you off saying it is a dealership problem. Maybe don’t take the SUV there and maybe think twice before buying an Audi More

Thorough service, complete satisfaction I have taken my car into Audi Clearwater a few times for servicing and repair. Drew Walker is my Service Advisor and he is polite, friendly and compet I have taken my car into Audi Clearwater a few times for servicing and repair. Drew Walker is my Service Advisor and he is polite, friendly and competent. I couldn't ask for better interaction from him. The dealership is well-appointed and comfortable if you need to wait and you are also provided with transportation if you need to leave and the vehicles you are put in are often Audi's, always comfortable. My repairs are most often completed in the same day. I honestly love the service here. More

Great Experience I’ve always had a great experience going to Audi Clearwater for servicing on my car. On a recent service visit on my Audi A3, I overheard Ryan talking I’ve always had a great experience going to Audi Clearwater for servicing on my car. On a recent service visit on my Audi A3, I overheard Ryan talking to someone on the phone about a new Audi they had that came in, I asked about it and he was more than willing to educate and show me the new vehicle. Not only was Ryan knowledgeable about the car, he worked hard on getting me a good deal. I went in for a service maintenance on my A3 Audi and pulled off in new Q3! I would also recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new Audi to go to Audi Clearwater their service and sales department is Top Notch, they make sure you’re well taken care of and are happy when you leave.
